"As of Friday morning at around 11:30 AM EST, the nightmare ended. The money is now in the bank and ready to be used as a downpayment on our NEW HOUSE!!! . Even my head is spinning! Just a few hours ago, we took a home in Lutz, Florida off of the market! I think we made a great decision, as well as an investment.
The one we chose is on a conservation lot which means there are no houses behind us. What we have is a view onto a large pond with a dense forest of huge pine trees with moss hanging off of them. Just gorgeous. Cannot wait for surround sound!
We showed the place to my parents, and they loved it.
We will be closing shortly on our new house in August! I am looking forward to finally being moved in.
We ended the day by exploring another mall close to us, called the Cirtus Park mall. It's great. Very nice inside. Great stores, nice clientelle. Everything you might need is in the area, with shops, restaurants and etc. both in and around the mall."
